New! Sennheiser Long Range TV Listener. Uses radio frequency technology for freedom of movement allowing the user to listen at a volume comfortable to them but without disturbing others.
To use: Set up in minutes, no electrician required and it’s portable
Place the stethoset in the transmitter to charge the battery for 24 hours during initial set up to provide the first full charge. After that, when you have been using the TV Listener during the day an overnight charge will suffice. The unit can be left switched on day and night, and must be plugged into the mains power supply in order to both charge the battery and transmit the infra-red signal to the stethoset receiver. The rechargeable BA-151 battery (supplied) provides a usage time of approx. 4 hours. An additional battery can be charged in the base. The TR 820 transmitter is simply connected to the headphone socket of a television set or hi-fi system. The stethoset receiver has a large, easy-to-use volume control.
